Amni International

Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited (Amni) is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. The company is an offshore specialist with operations in the OML 52, OML 112 and OML 117 blocks in Nigeria and the Central Tano Block in Ghana.

• Tubu, located in OML 52 is a shallow-water field with a remotely operated wellhead platform linked via an 11-kilometre pipeline to Amni’s Langley processing facility on OML 112 and hence to Amni’s FSO Ailsa Craig-1 for transfer onto tankers for export. Amni holds a 40% interest in the block, with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) holding 60%.
• Okoro and Setu are shallow-water fields located in OML 112. Amni has a 100% operating interest in both but Only Okoro has been developed. It is producing an average of 22,000 bopd via mobile offshore production unit and FPSO.
• Ima oil- and gasfield, located in shallow waters offshore Port Harcourt, straddles OML 112 and OML 117. Oil is extracted via a production unit, pipeline system and an offshore terminal with an FSO. Gas reserves are shared by Amni (60%) and TotalEnergies (40%) and benefit from proximity to NNPC production facilities and deeper waters, which offer a range of development options.
• Central Tano is a deepwater block offshore Ghana covering 278 square kilometres and bounded by the Jubilee and Ten fields. Amni holds a 90% interest in the acreage with partner Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

Amni seeks to grow its asset portfolio with new acquisitions in onshore and shallow water areas by participating in government bid rounds involving marginal fields and in the divestment programmes of IOCs in West Africa.
