Gabonaise de Chimie is the largest distributor of chemical products and safety equipment in Gabon, serving the energy, mining, agriculture and construction industries, among others. The company operates out of two primary bases in Libreville and Port-Gentil and 12 locations in Gabon to supply the domestic market and countries in Central Africa.

The company’s safety equipment business supplies equipment and accessories for personal protection from moderate risks (helmets, dust masks, headphones, goggles, etc.) up to lethal risks (chemical masks, fire-retardant clothing, safety harnesses, etc.). The company also carries fire detection and extinguishing equipment, safety signage, safety tools and handling equipment

Gabonaise de Chimie also offers a range of environmental protection equipment for containment and decontamination, such as neutralising soils, pollution filters, absorption granules and sundry retention materials.

The company has a total of more than 10,000 square metres of warehousing space and, on average, stocks more than 3,000 product references in inventory. It is the distributor in Gabon of products from global manufacturers including Merck, DuPont, Basf, Iberchem, Laboratoires Humeau, Eurofeu and Honeywell.
