The Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group is a family-owned business conglomerate with interests in the energy, real estate, travel, logistics and industrial sectors. It is one of the largest family-owned multinationals in the Middle East.

The Group’s Operating Business is organised under four divisions:

• Kanoo Industrial & Energy supplies engineering services, equipment and materials to the oil and gas, power, industrial and renewables sectors. Within this division, Kanoo Energy specialises in products and services for oil and gas and petrochemicals companies, while Kanoo Machinery provides equipment and consumables for industrial and maintenance applications.
• Kanoo Logistics provides comprehensive global freight forwarding and supply chain services to companies engaged in the manufacturing, automotive and petrochemicals sectors as well as in FMCG distribution. The company operates throughout the GCC from facilities in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and the UAE.
• Kanoo Shipping is a shipping agency with operational presence in ports across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian subcontinent. Besides offering the customary services for shipowners, operators and charterers, the company is also a leading tanker agency and offshore services provider.
• Kanoo Travel is a IATA member travel agency offering transportation and accommodation arrangement services for leisure and corporate travel, conferences and events, and marine travel.

The Yusuf Bin Ahmed Group has a real estate arm, Kanoo Real Estate, that fulfils the needs of Group companies and engages for its own account in residential and commercial project development, as well as in facility management. Kanoo Real Estate operates in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE and has been involved in the development of more than 800 commercial properties and 400 residential properties.

Kanoo Global Investments manages the Group’s operational and financial investments and offers international asset allocation services with placements across numerous asset classes in public and private markets.

Kanoo Ventures is the Group’s platform for direct equity investments in the GCC and globally. It focuses on both venture and expansionary capital and later-stage investment, targeting technology companies, mid-market growth opportunities as well as international joint ventures and partnerships.
