Energy production: Oil and gas, renewable energy, bioenergy, hydrogen and magnetic confinement fusion
Technologies: Biofuels; carbon capture, utilisation and storage; electricity from sea waves; solar thermal energy; sustainable chemistry; supercomputing and AI; experimental and digital geoscience; and environmental remediation
R&D partnerships: Partnerships with universities, research centres and companies and the promotion of startups and open innovation
Products for home, business and mobility: energy and gas, chemical products, LPG, fuels, lubricants, vehicle rental, circular chemistry solutions, service and charging stations, and reclamation and recovery

Eni considers itself as a global energy tech company and is devoted to the energy transition. It incorporates sustainability in its strategy, operations and decision-making. Natural gas is the current focal point of its energy mix. Meanwhile, the company is developing and investing in energy solutions such as renewable energy, biorefining and decarbonisation technologies. The company aims to be carbon neutral by 2050.
