Australia’s Senex receives improved takeover deal

BRISBANE, November 8, 2021 – Senex Energy has received an improved non-binding agreement to be fully acquired by Korea’s Posco International, the Australian energy company announced today.
Senex Energy intends to accept the USD 611-million offer.
The exclusivity period for the buyer has been extended until November 26, 2021, to allow for internal approvals before the scheme implementation agreement.
