Fire at ExxonMobil refinery in Louisiana
USA BATON ROUGE, November 1, 2017 – A fire has been contained at an ExxonMobil refinery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, international media reported on Wednesday.
No injuries have been reported in the blaze, which erupted on Wednesday morning, CBS News reported.
“We have a volunteer fire team, an internal team of employees who train year-round to respond,” Stephanie Cargile, ExxonMobil public and government affairs manager, told CBS. “They were able to respond to the incident and effectively contain the situation.”
