PetroVietnam lands Qatar contract

DOHA, November 27, 2018 – PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation will work on the second phase of Qatar’s Al Shaheen oilfield, international media reported on Tuesday.

The value of the contract, which includes EPCIC of three wellhead platforms and three bridges, is estimated at USD 300 million-350 million, Upstream Online reported, citing anonymous industry sources.

The work, assigned by North Oil Company, is expected to be completed by 2020, the report added.
