Ten killed in Nigeria oil tanker fire
LAGOS, May 4, 2018 – At least 10 people have been reported killed in a tanker truck accident in Nigeria’s Taraba state, local and international media reported Friday.
Dozens of others were wounded in a fire caused by a collision of the tanker with a trailer in the town of Zing.
“Several houses and shops were burnt because the accident happened in a densely populated area, more so that it was on a market day,” David Misal, the local police spokesman, told The Nation.
